How do I track my order?

You can track your order(s) under My Account.

You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. If tracking information is available, it will be included in the email. Please note that not all orders have tracking information.

What are your shipping details?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US. Orders under $99 ship standard, see checkout for pricing. International shipping is available. Shipping service may vary. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Holidays, and weather may affect shipping times. You will be notified via email with tracking information.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Shipping to a PO Box may come at a higher cost. We recommend shipping to a physical address whenever possible to avoid any surprises.

What is your return policy?

We aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we’re happy to help. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price.

What should I do if there is an issue with my product or package?

Shiver me timbers! If you encounter any issues with your product or damage to the package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To help us resolve the matter swiftly, it would be mighty helpful if you could provide images of any damage when reporting the issue. Remember, don't throw away the packaging or label before we sort things out. We value your business and will do our best to make things right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Shop Pay.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No, Zirgo Cooling is an eCommerce business with warehouses in Oregon. We do not offer any pickup or will-call service.

No way! While our cooling products are perfect for cars, they can also be used in other vehicles like trucks, motorcycles, and even boats. Captain Zirgo believes that everyone deserves to stay cool!
