Return Policy
We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. Eligible returns must arrive at our location within 30 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, any items returned must be in the same original condition as received, unused, and in original packaging. Some electrical and safety related products may not be eligible for return. Please see our exceptions and non-returnable items section below. If your item qualifies for return, please contact our customer support team at 503-693-6608 to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) Number. Please make sure that the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the return package or on the return shipping label. Items received without an approved RA will automatically be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee of the original item purchase price. All refunds are automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please note, refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or method of payment. Please feel free to contact customer support if you have any questions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to strict product quality and safety standards, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), electrical parts, items with relays or other safety related products. You can rest easy knowing that all Zirgo Cooling electrical and safety products have been individually quality inspected by the factory, and have never been touched or tampered with before reaching you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
If for any reason there is an issue with the product or damage to the package you received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In order for us to expedite any resolution, it would be helpful if you are able to provide images of any damage when you report the issue. Please do not throw away the packaging or label before resolution. We greatly value your business and will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
