Zirgo® Radiator hoses are flexible. The maximum bend radius will vary by the length of the hose. Usually 90 degrees is more than adequate for most applications.

Yes! They are designed to be cut for your custom application. The 48” long hose kit can form 2 complete hoses for upper and lower configurations.

No. You do not need to use a rubber hose inside Zirgo® Radiator Hoses. This is a direct replacement for your old, rubber, worn out, cracked or broken hose.

Zirgo® Radiator Hoses are made of stainless steel and highly polishable. If you are after a more subtle look or have a paint matching theme they can be sanded to prep for paint and painted the color of your choice. Powder coating is also an option.

Note, you should shape the hose prior to painting or powder coating.

The diameter of the hose is 2 inches.

All our radiator hoses come with adapter fitting reducers to fit 1-1/4" and 1-3/4" O.D. water necks.
