The UltraHose™ Stainless Steel Heater Hose Kit comes complete with 2 48" long hoses you can cut to fit as needed. Zirgo's UltraHose™ heater hose kit is sure to fit almost any hot rod, street truck, muscle car, import or custom vehicle out there.

The UltraHose™ Stainless Steel Hose Kit contains two UltraHose™ Flexible Corrugated Hose, four polished billet aluminum smooth hose ends, four stainless steel hose clamps, and four neoprene reducers. Also available in matching Radiator hoses.

Are your hoses flexible?

Yes! Zirgo® Radiator & Heater Hoses are flexible without kinking so you can easily route the hose for your application.

What is the maximum bend radius?

Zirgo® Radiator & Heater Hoses are flexible! Our 48" hoses can exceed 90 degrees with a sweeping bend.

Usually 90 degrees is more than adequate for most applications.

Can these hoses be cut down for a custom fit?

Yes! They are designed to be cut for your custom application. The 48” long hose kit can form 2 complete hoses.

Do you need to run a rubber radiator hose inside of this?

No. You do not need to use a rubber hose inside Zirgo® Radiator & Heater Hoses. This is a direct replacement for your old, rubber, worn out, cracked or broken hose.

Can these hoses be painted?

Zirgo® Radiator & Heater Hoses are made of stainless steel and highly polishable. If you are after a more subtle look or have a paint matching theme they can be sanded to prep for paint and painted the color of your choice. Powder coating is also an option.

Note, you should shape the hose prior to painting or powder coating.

Do you offer a matching radiator hose?

Yes! Zirgo's larger sized Radiator Hoses are the perfect choice to add matching hoses to your project! Available in 4 lengths.
