What's the difference between fixed and adjustable?

Our fixed temperature switch sensor automatically turns on your cooling fan when coolant temp reaches 180º F making it an ideal option for all types of vehicles.

If you’re looking for more control, then our adjustable temperature switch sensor allows you to dial the degree you want your fan to turn on. Perfect for engines with an optimal operating temperature greater than 180º F. The adjustable dial allows you to set the fan to turn on anywhere between 180º - 240º F.

When does the temperature switch turn on the fan?

Fixed Switches: at 180 Degrees Fahrenheit (82.2 Celsius)

Adjustable Switches: between 180 - 240 Degrees Fahrenheit (82.2 - 115.5 Celsius) based on what you set

How accurate are your temperature switch sensors?
